TYM Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed at $4.99 / month or $39.99 / year through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Family Sharing is supported for up to six family members. No free trial is offered at this time. The on-device AI assistant requires an Apple Intelligence–capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro or later) running iOS 26 or later. By subscribing you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Welcome to TYM. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Tera Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Washington State limited liability company. They govern your use of the TYM app ("the App"). We wrote these Terms in plain language because we believe you should understand what you're agreeing to. If you have questions, reach us at support@teralabsllc.com. By downloading or using TYM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
TYM is a personal finance tracking app for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and widgets. You manually enter your income, expenses, transfers, accounts, and savings goals. TYM helps you see where your money is going and how your spending compares to your budget. TYM does not connect to your bank. TYM does not access your financial accounts. TYM does not transmit your financial data to any server. All data you enter stays on your device unless you choose to enable iCloud sync, in which case your data syncs through your personal Apple iCloud account. We never have access to your iCloud data.
TYM is not a financial advisor, tax preparer, investment service, or financial planning tool. All information displayed in the App — including budgets, safe-to-spend calculations, daily allowance, net-worth figures, spending insights, and AI-generated suggestions — is for informational and organizational purposes only. None of it constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information displayed in the App.
TYM offers a free tier and a paid subscription called TYM Pro. The free tier includes core features such as unlimited transaction entry, unlimited categories, budgets, safe-to-spend, daily allowance, everyday-banking accounts, basic insights, a daily allowance of AI assistant messages, and more. Some features are limited in the free tier — including the number of budgets, recurring items, history depth, savings goals, account types, insight cards, themes, fonts, and AI assistant messages per day. TYM Pro removes these limits and unlocks wealth-account and full net-worth tracking, unlimited AI assistant, all themes and fonts, spending trends, budget rollover, CSV and PDF export, and more. TYM Pro is available as a monthly subscription ($4.99 per month) or an annual subscription ($39.99 per year). We may adjust pricing in the future. Any price change takes effect at the start of your next billing period, and we will notify you in advance as required by Apple.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your current plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. All refunds for App Store purchases are handled solely by Apple — we cannot grant, deny, or process refunds. You can request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing in this section limits any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or region (for example, the EU/UK right of withdrawal for digital purchases), where those rights apply and have not been validly waived. If a free trial is ever offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Your privacy is the foundation of TYM. All financial data you enter — transactions, categories, payment methods, accounts, budgets, savings goals, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We never see, collect, transmit, or store your financial data. We have no servers that receive your information. We have no analytics that track your behavior. We have no advertising partners that receive your data. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account via Apple's CloudKit, encrypted by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy. Security settings such as your passcode are stored in the iOS Keychain with the flag "this device only" — they do not sync, do not back up, and cannot be accessed by us or any third party. TYM's AI assistant is powered by Apple Foundation Models and runs entirely on your device; your financial data is never sent to any cloud or third-party AI service. The AI assistant requires an Apple Intelligence–capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro or later) running iOS 26 or later. TYM's App Store privacy label states "Data Not Collected" for all categories. For complete details, see our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backing up your device. We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, software updates, or accidental deletion.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use TYM on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. TYM, its source code, design, graphics, logos, and all related content are the intellectual property of Tera Labs LLC and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels. You may not use the App to develop a competing product. You may not sublicense, rent, or transfer your license to any third party.
You agree to use TYM only for lawful personal finance tracking purposes. You may not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes on the rights of others, or could damage, disable, or impair the App.
TYM is rated 4+ on the App Store and contains no objectionable content. To purchase a TYM Pro subscription or otherwise enter into these Terms, you must be of the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18) and able to form a binding contract. If you are a minor, you may use TYM and make purchases only with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for any charges. TYM does not collect personal data from any user, including children under 13. Because TYM collects no personal data, the data-collection obligations of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) are not triggered by the App.
TYM is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations, insights, net-worth figures, or AI-generated suggestions displayed in the App. Financial data displayed in TYM is based entirely on information you enter manually. The accuracy of that data depends on the accuracy of your entries.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tera Labs LLC, its owner, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App. Our total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid for TYM Pro in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) twenty U.S. dollars ($20). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
You may stop using TYM at any time by deleting the App from your device. We may terminate or suspend your license to use the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Your locally stored data remains on your device — we have no ability to access or delete it.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to any non-waivable right you may have to bring proceedings in your country of residence, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
In addition to these Terms, your use of TYM is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA shall govern to the extent required by Apple.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Apple's Standard EULA, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tera Labs LLC regarding your use of TYM. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Summary: TYM is designed so that your financial data is stored only on your device. Tera Labs LLC does not operate servers that receive, store, or process your personal or financial information. The only time we receive any personal information from you is if you choose to email us or use the contact form to ask for support.
Tera Labs LLC is the developer of TYM — Track Your Money, a privacy-first budgeting app for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch (coming soon to the Apple App Store). References to "we," "us," or "Tera Labs LLC" in this policy refer to Tera Labs LLC as the developer and publisher of TYM.
By design, the TYM app does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following through Tera Labs LLC-operated infrastructure:
We do not operate any server, database, or backend service that receives data from the TYM app.
All information you enter into TYM — including transactions, categories, accounts, budgets, payment methods, savings goals, and app settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly choose to export it or enable iCloud sync.
Apple may provide Tera Labs LLC with aggregate, anonymized download and crash statistics through App Store Connect. This data does not include any personally identifiable information and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
TYM users may optionally enable iCloud sync. When enabled, your TYM data is synchronized through your personal Apple iCloud account via Apple's infrastructure. Tera Labs LLC has no access to data stored in or transmitted through iCloud. You may disable iCloud sync at any time through your device settings.
TYM does not require or offer user account creation. No registration, login, or personal information is required to use the app.
TYM does not connect to or retrieve data from any bank, financial institution, or third-party financial data provider. All transactions and account balances are entered manually by the user.
TYM's AI assistant is powered by Apple Foundation Models and runs entirely on your device. Your messages and financial data are processed locally and are never sent to Tera Labs LLC or to any cloud or third-party AI service. The feature requires an Apple Intelligence–capable iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro or later) running iOS 26 or later.
TYM offers optional subscriptions through the Apple App Store. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. Tera Labs LLC does not receive or store your payment information.
The app collects nothing — but if you email us at support@teralabsllc.com or use the contact form on this website, your email program sends us the name, email address, and message you choose to provide. We use that information solely to respond to your request. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, add it to a marketing list, or use it for any purpose other than helping you. You can ask us to delete your message history at any time by emailing the same address.
TYM does not incorporate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection SDKs.
TYM is not directed at children under the age of 13. Because TYM does not collect personal information from any user, it does not collect personal information from children.
TYM relies on Apple's device security model, including device encryption, to protect locally stored data. Tera Labs LLC does not operate servers that could be compromised to expose user data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last reviewed" date above. Material changes will be noted in TYM's App Store release notes.

TYM — Track Your MoneyWe aim to respond to every message within 1–2 business days.
Open TYM → Settings → tap "Upgrade to Pro" → scroll to the bottom → tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
If you have not enabled iCloud sync, deleting TYM will remove your locally stored data permanently. We recommend enabling iCloud sync as a precaution.
Go to iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → TYM Pro → Cancel Subscription. You retain Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
Tera Labs LLC is committed to making TYM and this website usable by as many people as possible. TYM supports VoiceOver and works with many of iOS's built-in accessibility features, and we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a reference as we continue to improve. We do not claim full conformance, and accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a fixed state.
